Bob and Jose at UNION OF DC MOVERS, made the entire moving experience less stressful with their prompt, courteous service, helpful hints and online resources. They even did rush order deliveries when we ran out! The crates are clean and sturdy so we didn't have to worry about crushed boxes or breakage during our move. The movers were very happy with how the crates stacked - it made loading the truck so much easier. Once the crates were emptied, UNION OF DC MOVERS staff picked them up, so no boxes to throw away or recycle. I would highly recommend UNION OF DC MOVERS if you are thinking of moving. Gregg and his team just completed our move from Arlington to Alexandria. I found them online via this site and picked them based on the other positive reviews. I couldn't have been more impressed! Excellent communication leading up to the day of. Very easy to work with once they arrived. Incredibly pleasant and polite. They were very diligent to wrap and protect all of our goods which was appreciated. They also made sure to protect all of our flooring on both sides.

Union of DC Movers did an amazing job with our move! The staff were extremely professional, very hard working and fast - the move couldn't have been simpler for us! The whole experience was easy right from the start. Moving can be a stressful experience - the packing, the coordination from the old place to the new place, it was comforting to know our stuff was in great hands. Good afternoon,my name is David Folkner,I used Union of DC Movers for my move from DC to Richmond,VA.
I cannot believe how smoothly my moving day went. Not having moved in 25 years I didn't know what to expect. My 3 young,strong and friendly movers took care of everything. Each piece of furniture was quickly and carefully wrapped in blankets, loaded and delivered to my new apartment and set in place.
They were efficient and not one minute of time was wasted. They even came in a little under the estimate! I will highly recommend Union of DC Movers to anyone I hear is planning to move and will definitely use them myself again.
Thanks Union for taking the stress out of my moving day.

I was super stressed about moving from NYC to Arlington due to the large amount of stuff I had to bring with me. UNION OF DC MOVERS made my transition a smooth one.
They were incredibly careful with my furniture and boxes, the price was exactly what was agreed upon (contrary to many movers in the city!), and the movers were very nice. I recommend these movers. to anyone who cares about price, their stuff and time.
